Warranty:
Simcon Homes is a member of the Greater Cleveland Home Builders Association. At the time of closing you will be presented with a Warranty Book from the HBA. This is a detailed book pertaining to all warranty items, to help eliminate misunderstandings. Simcon Homes not only follows the guidelines set by the Association but also goes over and above these expectations.

Construction Process:
At Simcon Homes we encourage our Home Owners to visit their home site. We want you to see all phases of construction. We are very proud of the quality Tradesmen we employ as well as the cleanliness around our sites. We always want to hear any input during construction as well to ensure that your expectations are being precisely met.
