After years of concentrating on strictly building new homes, we started to field calls from many past Customers who wanted to upgrade their existing home. Many of these people were extremely happy to stay living in one of our homes, but felt it was time to upgrade, change, or modify their home as their family situation had changed.

So in the early 1990?s we decided that it was to focus some attention to do remodeling for our past Customers. Whether it was adding a finished basement, build a new deck, remodel a kitchen or bathroom, change a back hall to accommodate a cubby/locker system, or just add shelving in a garage, we were ready for the work.

Now, 20 years later, through many referrals from our past Customers we are doing all types of work not only in homes that we have built, but many homes throughout Northeast Ohio.
